Our Services
Built on your existing equipment and systems — end-to-end support from equipment & system integration (EAP/MES) to FAB system development and operation.
Equipment & System Integration (EAP/MES)
Translating equipment language into your production systems
From standard protocols like SECS/GEM (HSMS) and OPC UA to legacy equipment with no communication capability at all — we design and build the EAP layer that connects equipment to MES and EES, laying the automation foundation for your entire factory. Proven commercial frameworks and AI-driven development keep timelines short and costs low.

Integration Design
We design the connection methods and data flows
Build & Validate
We connect one machine first, then expand step by step across the line
FAQ— Equipment & System Integration
Can older equipment without SECS/GEM support still be integrated?
Yes. Equipment with no communication capability can be connected to upper systems through several approaches, such as signal conversion or capturing on-screen data. We never modify the equipment itself, so manufacturer warranties and line operations are unaffected. Reach out and we'll explore the connection options together.
Do we need to replace our existing MES or EAP?
No. We keep the systems you use today and add only the missing integration pieces. Even when a new EAP layer is needed, we build on proven commercial frameworks, keeping timelines and costs well below from-scratch development.
Equipment Monitoring & Visibility
See your factory in real time, without touching the equipment
Turn operational status into data without modifying equipment or stopping the line. Even legacy and manually operated machines become visible through sensors and on-screen data capture. Start risk-free with a single-machine pilot.
Non-invasive Data Collection
Capture data from sensors, screens, and signals — without touching the equipment
Unified Dashboard
Manage equipment from different manufacturers on a single screen
Alert Notifications
Instant alerts to responsible personnel when anomalies are detected
Discovery
We thoroughly assess your current equipment setup and challenges
Single-Machine Pilot
We make one machine visible first and confirm the impact
Phased Expansion
We extend across the line and support ongoing operations
FAQ— Equipment Monitoring & Visibility
Can this work with older equipment or environments with mixed manufacturers?
Yes. We use existing PLC and sensor signals where possible, and add IoT sensors where needed. Equipment from different manufacturers can be managed through a unified dashboard.
How is the impact measured?
Once operational status is visualized, anomaly detection and response typically become faster. Quantitative impact is measured and validated during a PoC phase, using pre-deployment site conditions as a baseline.
Predictive Maintenance & Anomaly Detection
Predict trouble through data and pattern analysis
We turn equipment operations into data, accumulate it, and let machine learning models analyze the patterns. Early warning signs are caught before failure, reducing unplanned downtime and maintenance costs. If you already have data, we start by putting it to work.

Scheduled maintenance due
AI Anomaly Detection
Learn normal patterns and detect even subtle anomalies
Failure Prediction
Predict failure timing from historical data
Maintenance Optimization
Perform maintenance when and where it is needed
Data Collection
Collect and accumulate operational data (leveraging existing data where available)
Model Building
Train AI models and validate accuracy
Go Live
Configure alerts and continuously improve models
FAQ— Predictive Maintenance & Anomaly Detection
What data is needed for predictive maintenance?
Operational logs such as vibration, temperature, current, and pressure form the foundation. Existing data can often be leveraged directly; where data is insufficient, we add sensors. We support the full flow from data collection to model building.
What kind of effects can be expected?
Anomaly detection based on learned normal patterns helps reduce unplanned downtime, and performing maintenance only when needed optimizes costs. The scope of expected effects depends on equipment type and existing maintenance practices, so we evaluate this through a preliminary assessment.
Traceability
Fully meet your customers' quality requirements
We unify your manufacturing history by building on existing MES and production data. QR codes and barcodes give you complete product history tracking, with traceability tailored to each customer's quality requirements.

FAQ— Traceability
Can you meet our customers' quality requirements?
Yes. Each customer has different formats and data requirements, so we tailor the system to deliver output in the form each customer needs, based on the specifications you receive.
Can you integrate with existing ERP / MES systems?
Yes. We connect via existing system APIs or databases, or set up an intermediate data hub for two-way integration when needed. It's also possible to add a traceability layer without replacing your existing systems.
AI Document Automation

FAQ— AI Document Automation
What kinds of documents can be automated?
We automate as many recurring and automatable documents as possible. Daily reports, inspection certificates, and work logs — documents that consume significant manual effort on-site — are prioritized.
How do you ensure the accuracy of AI-generated documents?
We use a human-in-the-loop approach where AI creates the draft and humans do the final review. The boundary between automated and manually verified portions is drawn clearly to maintain a responsible quality control structure.
FAB System Development & Operation (SI/SM)
EAP, MES, and EES — built and operated, end to end
From building semiconductor FAB automation systems (SI) to running and maintaining them (SM), we deliver under a fixed-deliverable contract. AI is applied across development, documentation, and operations management, so a small team delivers high quality on short timelines. When demand grows, we can scale up through partner engineers experienced in collaborating with major semiconductor manufacturers, including H and S.

FAQ— FAB System Development & Operation
What does a fixed-deliverable contract mean?
It is a contract in which we commit to completing the work, directing our own engineers and delivering results. Unlike staff dispatch, you do not need to supervise our engineers or set up an internal hosting structure.
How is development and operation structured?
We handle everything end to end, from initial consultation through post-launch. Technical documentation — specifications, operating procedures, and more — is prepared with AI assistance. Development is remote by default, with on-site support at critical milestones such as kickoff, equipment testing, and launch. When demand grows, we can scale the team through partner engineers with proven semiconductor FAB experience.
